Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Activity
The following terms and conditions apply to the reward mechanism of this promotion activity ("Activity"), including the activity period, eligibility, specified conditions for obtaining rewards and issuance methods, as well as risk disclosure and disclaimers.

Detailed Terms and Conditions
1. "New Customer" refers to individuals aged 18 or above who have not registered or opened any account with Well Link Securities before the start of the promotion period.
2. "Account Opening" refers to the simultaneous opening of multiple accounts through the "Well Link Securities" APP with Well Link Securities Limited ("Well Link Securities" or "the Company"), including margin securities accounts (HK stocks and US stocks), stock options and futures accounts, and fund accounts ("Accounts").
3. Permanent Exemption from Platform Usage Fees: "Permanent" means that accounts successfully opened during the promotion period will have free platform usage indefinitely, until the account is canceled.
4. Permanent Exemption from Hong Kong Futures Trading Commissions: "Permanent" means that futures accounts successfully opened with the Company during the promotion period will have their trading commission fees waived indefinitely for trading Hong Kong Futures products on the Hong Kong Futures Exchange, including Hang Seng Index Futures, Mini Hang Seng Index Futures, H-share Index Futures, Mini H-share Index Futures, and Hang Seng Tech Index Futures ("Hong Kong Futures"). Customers are still required to pay regulatory fees, exchange fees, and other transaction-related costs. The waiver is only applicable to electronic trading channels through the "Well Link Securities" APP, excluding manual orders. After the promotion period, newly opened futures accounts will be charged according to the original futures service fee schedule, as detailed on the Well Link Securities official website (www.wlsec.com) under "Futures Services - Futures Service Fee Schedule (HKF)" or "Service and Fees" within the "Well Link Securities" APP.
5. "First HK IPO Subscription Fee Waiver": Customers who meet the specified conditions and successfully open an account during the promotion period will have the handling fee for their first Hong Kong IPO subscription waived (applicable to both cash and margin subscriptions) through the online subscription channels of the "Well Link Securities" APP, excluding offline subscriptions. Customers are still required to pay related fees such as stamp duty, transaction levy, and settlement fee.
6. "First Deposit" refers to the first deposit into the securities account within 30 days from the successful account opening date, transferred from the customer's personal same-name bank account according to the Company's specified method, as recorded in the daily statement. For details, please refer to the "FAQs - How to Deposit Funds?" section on the Well Link Securities official website (www.wlsec.com).
7. HK Stock Options LV2 (Permanent): "Permanent" means that new customers who meet the specified conditions for the first deposit can enjoy free real-time streaming quotes for HK Stock Options LV2 until further notice from the Company.
8. "Friend Referral Reward": This means that two individuals who qualify as "New Customers" according to the general terms can complete user registration and account opening applications through the "Well Link Securities" APP on the same day. After confirming their identity by calling the Company's customer service department within the next business day, they will be eligible for the reward. There are no other registration methods, and late registration will not be accepted. Each "New Customer" can only participate in this reward once. Duplicate registrations will automatically be disqualified without further notice.

1. Customers should carefully read and understand the latest version of the relevant customer agreements published on the Well Link Securities official website before opening any account or using any services with Well Link Securities, including the Securities Account Agreement and/or the Futures Account Agreement (collectively "the Agreement"), and agree to be bound by their general terms and the applicable schedules.
