詳細條款和細則：
1. 「全新客戶」是指18歲或以上並且在上述活動期限開展前未曾於立橋證券註冊或開立任何賬戶之人士；
2. 「開戶」是指於立橋證券有限公司 (“立橋證券” 或 “本公司”) 同時經《立橋證券》APP開立多個賬戶，包括證券保證金賬戶（港股及美股）、股票期權及期貨賬戶、以及基金賬戶 (“賬戶”)～；
3. 永久豁免平臺使用費：「永久」是指於活動期限內成功開立的賬戶，交易平臺的免費使用限期是永久，直至該賬戶被取消；
4. 永久豁免香港期貨交易佣金：「永久」是指於活動期限內於本公司成功開立的期貨賬戶，交易香港期貨交易所的期貨產品，包括恒生指數期貨、小型恒生指數期貨、H 股指數期貨、小型 H 股指數期貨及恒生科技指數期貨 (“香港期貨”) 所豁免收取的交易佣金收費之限期是永久，直至該戶口被取消；客戶仍需繳付監管機構徵費、交易所費用等其他交易相關費用；豁免範圍僅限於通過 “立橋證券” APP的電子交易渠道進行的香港期貨合約開倉、平倉，人手下單除外。活動期限過後，新開立的期貨帳戶買賣交易按照原來的期貨服務收費收取，詳見刊載於立橋證券官方網站（www.wlsec.com）的《期貨服務 - 期貨服務收費表 (港期)》或《立橋證券》APP內「服務與收費」；
5. 「首次港股IPO打新免手續費」：是指客戶於活動期限內符合指定條件成功開戶後，將免除首筆香港新股認購手續費 (不限於現金認購及融資認購)，適用於通過“立橋證券”APP的線上認購渠道，線下認購除外，客戶仍須繳付相關所須費用如印花稅、交易徵費及交收費等。
6. 「首次入金」是指客戶由成功開戶當日起計的30日內存入證券賬戶的首筆資金，從其個人同名銀行戶口跟據本公司指定的方式進行存款，並以日結單紀錄為準。詳情請參考立橋證券官方網站（www.wlsec.com）内的《常見問題 - 如何進行資金提存？》。
7. 港股期權LV2（長期）：「長期」是指完成首次入金的指定條款的全新客戶可享免費港股期權 LV2實時串流報價服務一直至本公司另行通告。
8. 「好友同行獎賞」：是指兩位符合一般條款内「全新客戶」定義的友好人士，於同日完成“立橋證券” APP的用户註冊及「開戶」申請，並於接著的1個工作天内致電本公司客戶服務部登記後獲確認身份資格，不設任何其他登記方法且逾期無效。每位「全新客戶」並均可享一次參與此獎賞機會，重覆登記的客戶將自動取消參與資格，不另行通知。
風險披露和免責聲明
1. 客戶於立橋證券進行任何開戶或前使用任何服務前，請仔細閱讀及理解本公司刊載於立橋證券官網的最新版本的相關客戶協議書 [ 包括證券賬戶協議書及 / 或期貨賬戶協議書 ](“該協議書”) 的章則條款，並確認同意及接受包括其一般條款及通用附表所約束。
2. 本活動的數據及數據確認，以立橋證券的系統紀錄為準，而最終解釋權與決定權歸立橋證券所有。
3. 在法律允許的範圍內，立橋證券可以對本活動的條款和內容進行修改、刪除或增加相應條款，包括但不限於在任何時候終止本活動而撤出而不需要任何理由或事先通知。立橋證券無義務對就本活動發生的任何必要或非必要變化作任何保証。
4. 任何違反本活動條款和內容的行為將有可能導致活動獎勵的取消、失效或撤回。若活動參與者於本次或以往立橋證券活動中有不當操作，例如惡意領取獎勵、利用程式取得獎勵、偽造品或虛報數據，利用平臺漏洞得益或利用技術手段獲取不當利益等，立橋證券有權暫停或取消其參與本次活動的資格。
5. 對於任何人因本活動而蒙受的任何形式的損失，無論如何產生，立橋證券不承擔任何責任。金融工具交易存在各種風險，投資金融產品存在虧損風險，立橋證券不為投資者的投資活動所產生的損失承擔任何責任。
