1.When can customers start updating the version?
Starting from April 19, 2025 (Saturday), customers can start updating the Well Link Securities APP to the latest version.
2.How can one distinguish between the new and old versions?
The
new version number is 3.0.0. Customers can confirm whether it is the
latest version by checking the version information within the APP.
3.What is the difference between the new version and the old version?
The
new version has optimized the service functions, accelerated the market
quotation speed, and fixed the known issues in the old version, thus
enhancing the user experience.
4.Is it necessary to update to the new version?
Yes,
it is necessary. Otherwise, customers will not be able to log in and
use the online services of Well Link Securities, including online
trading services and other securities account services.
5.How to update to the new version?
When
customers open the Well Link Securities APP, the system will
automatically pop up an update prompt. Customers need to click "Update
Now", and the system will automatically direct them to the following
platforms for the update according to the download channels they used
before:
Google Play Store (applicable to Android phones)
iOS APP Store (applicable to iPhones)
"Android Local Download" APK installation file (for other devices) The
"Unknown Sources" installation permission needs to be enabled to allow
downloading the APK file from a non-official app store

done?
If
the system does not automatically direct to download or the update
fails (for any reason, including issues such as the original version
being too low or compatibility problems), customers can manually
download the latest version through the following methods:
Method I
Open the browser and enter the official website address of Well Link Securities: www.wlsec.com;
Click "Download Center", and then select "Trading Software Download";
According
to the type of mobile phone, select the corresponding download link for
the update. (See the picture on the next page) iPhone (iOS) users and
Android phone (Android) users can scan the QR code provided on the
official website for download and update. Android phone users: If the
Google Play Store is not installed, you can click the "Android Local
Download" link to directly download the APK installation file. The
security settings of some mobile phones may require enabling the
authorization first before downloading the APK installation file.
Method II
Open the browser and directly enter the download links: https://h.welllinksecurities.com/app_release_latest.apk (This link is applicable to 64-bit mobile phone systems, suitable for most cases) or https://h.welllinksecurities.com/app_release_latest_32.apk (This link is applicable to 32-bit mobile phone systems, for very few cases)
[Tips] If you uninstall the old version and then reinstall the new version,
you will need to re-enter the mobile phone number when logging in. If
you update directly without uninstalling, it will be retained.
6.Can customers use their original user information to log in to the new version?
Yes,
customers can use the originally bound mobile phone number and login
password to log in to their accounts. The same original trading password
is also used to log in to the trading page.
7.If customers are unable to complete the APP version update or log in
due to technical issues but urgently need to conduct securities/futures
trading, what should they do?
Well
Link Securities provides manual order placement trading services.

[Note] The communication lines are expected to be very busy on the first
